Dear HP Support Team,

I am an HP customer and own a "HP ENVY x360 Laptop". I would like to inquire about the following:
- The cost and process of replacing a damaged screen for my device.
- The possibility of upgrading the RAM on my device, including the maximum capacity and compatible types.
- The location of authorized service centers in the Eastern Region in Saudi Arabia, specifically in Dammam, where I can have these changes made.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with detailed information regarding the costs, expected service time, and any additional requirements.
