Hi Resolve_S,

I have noticed one thing. The driver which you asked me to uninstall, OS has installed that driver again after restart.

If I disable that driver, then my brightness function keys are not working. What to do?

I believe you have solution for this.

Hey@Aakash4,

Thanks for the response.

Then, I request you to reinstall the Video driver and check if that solves the issue.

Use the link below to download the required driver from the HP website.

Hope this helps. Please share for more assistance.

Hi Resolv_S,

I got the exact problem here, my two graphics drivers together are not working properly. If I disable one of the drivers, this issue is resolved. But my brightness function keys do not work and I can not change screen brightness. Can you please suggest a solution to this problem.

P.s. I have reinstalled the video driver, it doesn't help.

Hey@Aakash4,

Thanks for the response.

I recommend you to use the driver for AMD Radeon R7 M360 Graphics and disable the other one.

Check if you can adjust the brightness on your PC.

Hope this helps. Please share for more assistance.

Hi  Resolv_s,

I have reinstalled my windows, now everytime I open/close a tab, my screen flickers. I have already tried screen refresh rate 40Hz and 60Hz, but none solved the issue. There is no other screen refresh rate listed in my laptop.

Please advice what to do?

Hey@Aakash4,

Thanks for the response.

I recommend you to perform the windows update since the PC was reinstalled with the OS.

That should ideally take care of any driver related issues.

Hope this helps. Please share for more assistance.

Hi Resolv_S,

All updates done, problem not solved.

What to do now?

Service centre is saying no problem with hardware, I have done all troubleshooting related to software.

What and where is the issue GOD knows..!!!
