Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, recently, and without any definite contributing cause, there is a crack in the middle of my laptop screen. The screen on the left side of the crack no longer supports touch input. How can I go about replacing this screen?

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
