I have used my warranty twice because of issues with the physical laptop display and I need a permanent fix. Upon regular everyday use (I'm a student) with the pen provided to me upon purchase, I have had almost instant damage to the screen where a layer of the display looks to be deeply scratched, chipping away in thin chunks and leaving behind as big as cm squared patches where the pixels of the screen can be individually seen and the texture is more rough. I assumed I was applying too much pressure and used my warranty package to replace the screen but even now being uber-conscious of force, I still have this issue!
I am using my warranty again but since it is ending soon, I need a more sustainable solution... I plan on using this computer for years and years to come. I was hoping a screen protector of some sorts would be available but I can't seem to find anything made for my size computer and would be a good quality fit.
If anyone has experienced this issue, I would be very curious to hear about it but mainly I'm looking for solutions. Did you purchase a new pen? Has anyone been able to find a screen protector that they are satisfied with and has not damaged their screen further or caused camera quality issues?
Really any advice or tips would be so appreciated... thank you
