As many others in this community have reported, the screen of my laptop is detatching from the keyboard, starting from the bottom left. The hinges are not holding it in place, and even with having braced the screen so it doesn't move (making it impossible to take outside the house) the base of the display is continuing to separate. There's no clear way to reattach it; it seems that it is just glued in place. How is HP solving this problem for us?

Hi Alden,
Thanks for your reply. I've tried to add the serial number to my account, but it gives me an error message every time.
The product was listed on my registration as 393T3UA, with a Product Description of HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y0AV).
Thanks again!

I cannot contact HP using that site because it requires inputting my serial number, but when I try to do that, I get the following error message: "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
It's been giving that same message for more than 24 hours at this point.

I used the detection software to add the laptop but the only options I am seeing are Paid Phone Support, HP Support Community (this), the Virtual Assistant (which directs me to those options), and a Service Center Locator. Which of these am I supposed to use?
