Hello, 

 

My HP Pavilion Notebook is giving screen flickering problem after starting. Not able to see the screen and there is horizontal lines with so much flickering. 

 

It is installed with Windows 10.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display is flickering on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

I recommend you contact an external display to the computer and check whether the display works fine on the external screen. If yes, then update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
