Hi,
My laptop's screen starts flickering only when I move the mouse or touch the touch pad. I need to restart my laptop to get rid of this issue. Upon looking into multiple posts in the form, I tried updating BIOS and updating drivers. But that did not help. I am seeing this issue since last 3 months when my laptop was running on Windows 10. Even after updating to Windows 11 couldn't help.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

Thanks for the reply @Nirvana_95,
But, I tried Hard reset for non removable batteries. That did not help. Still I am seeing the issue.
I am seeing this issue, only when I restart my machine after a proper shutdown. when the system starts, if I move the mouse or touch pad, the screen starts flickering.
to stop the screen I need to restart the machine using key board shortcuts.

Could you try booting your system into safe mode and check if the issue persists?
