Microsoft Windows 11

Hi Team, I have hp pavillion core i7 laptop with series 15-cs3075cl. After upgrading to windows 11, my screen has been flickering when I start my laptop with power button. Though when I try to restart it or hot shut down, it is working fine. I have updated display driver, BIOS update but still issue persist of flickering on start up after running shut down. Please help.

Another issue is with touchpad scrolling that is also not working after windows 11 upgrade or might be any driver upgrade recently.

Please help with troubleshooting steps for both of the above issue.

Thanks and Regards!

Hi @gopalgupta

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with screen and touchpad.

Screen flickering in Windows 11 is usually caused by a display driver issue or incompatible app. To determine whether a display driver or app is causing the problem, check to see if Task Manager flickers. Then, based on that information, you'll need to update, rollback, or uninstall your display driver or update or uninstall the app.

For Touchpad Issue, please check for windows updates under updates.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
