Greetings,

I've a problem since my laptop was upgraded to windows 10 Creator's update
the screen started flickering (specially when using the integrated graphics card)
and the flickering is considerably less when using the NVIDIA card on games

The solution I've reached is to lower the FPS to 40 but still there are some flickering can be seen
Although when watching videos on Youtube or any other site the image is perfect without any problems

Please advice me whether the problem is in the screen itself or the graphics card driver

Hi @The_Fossette,

My computer was working fine before the Windows 10 creators update and no there are no new Hardware or software installations (all the normal applications that was installed before the update)

also the link you've provided didn't have my case. Basically i can see the screen refresh rate as flickers)
like when you take a video of a normal screen you see flikering horizontal (not vertical like in FAQ) bars.

Hi @The_Fossette,

Sorry for the overdue reply but since it's the laptop I work with I couldn't update the BIOS in the middle of the week
anyway I did the BIOS update today and it took only 1 min and a restart
but still the problem didn't go away it looks like the screen itself is the problem
so let me ask you can HP provide a new screen to me (by the way I live in EGYPT)??
