@ HP Unfortunately, the installation did not help. I still got a black screen during the installation.

I recommend you try doing a reset on the computer and check if it helps.

 

Follow the steps in the below artilce to perform a system reset.

@ HP I can reset the computer but when the reset is done, I head into a driver installations and configuration screen where I get a black screen during driver installations. Then I have to restart the computer which ends up undoing changes.

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the tech support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
