In my experience, this problem was most likely, oddly, a bad/cheap battery...

I sent my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl075nr to HP several times for repairs, and while they were unable to fix the noise directly, when the battery was incidentally replaced in a later repair, the noise went away. Users in other forums indicated that the noise was caused by the battery, and the noise definitely emits from the battery area beneath the keyboard.

So if it's out of warranty, you may want to purchase a new battery (batteries ) and it'll likely fix the noise problem.
