When I have more than one tab open my screen sometimes goes crazy, it turns all black until I move the tabs around the screen. After I move the tabs sometimes the image comes back but the image doesn’t stay still. Here is video that shows what happens.  https://www.reddit.com/r/computer/s/n8CO1CmDxD

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.

2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.

Hello, first of all thank you for the replay.

Unfortunately I couldn't fix the problem, I followed every step that you told me. I downloaded the BIOS update but it didn't fix the problem. I think it is compatibility problem that the computer has with Windows 11 because when I had Windows 10 I never had this issue. The screen resolution is the one that is reccomended, the only thing different in my computer is the downsizing, but when I put it in the default mode the problem wasn't fixed.

If you think that there is another solution please let me know.

Thank you for your time.
