When I plugin my HDMI cable to port then my HP Laptop blinks and attach the external monitor but does not show display on the other monitor. Even it shows 2 display monitors in setting. And with the same external monitor other HP devices are working properly. Kindly, help me in solving this issue as I can not project my laptop so it is

Welcome to the HP support community.
Try with another cable?
Meanwhile:-
Update the Bios, chipset and drivers using HP Support Assistant.
Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your reply!
I tried both by changing the HDMI cable and HP Support Assitant but HP Support Assistant shows no update for my laptop and my Windows is updated to latest version but the issue is that Device Manager does not show Firmware even after showing the hidden devices. And I am unaware of BIOS update else than HP Support Assistant.
Images are attached below:

Yet my problem is not solved! Any other solution?

Thanks for your reply but problem is still there!
I have tried by changing the HDMI cable but nothing is going right for me. I tried to update the Software & Drivers by HP Support Assistant that does tell me that every thing is updated
Yes, my Windows is updated as shown below:
Any other solution?

Create a new user account and check if that works
- Select Start > Settings > Accounts and then select Family & other users. ...
- Select Add someone else to this PC.
- Select I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
I hope that helps.

It did not work for me either!
You told me about updating the BIOS and chipset but I could not do that because my Device Manager shows no Firmware even by showing hidden devices and HP Support Assistant does not show me anything about update.
Current version of BIOS is: InsydeH2O Version 05.12.09F.33
Product number 4XX00EA#UUW
Device Manager:
I went to HP Support website to detect my laptop and show me drivers and softwares but I do not how which to download about Firmware and Chipset
HP Support Softwares/Drivers:
I did not mess with BIOS or chip as that might have stopped my laptop from booting
BTW I am in real mess.

This might require remote access of the computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.

@waisi_unas If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
Here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: Click here
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
