Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have had my laptop for a little over 6 months and the screen at the top is scratched in a horizontal pattern as if the metal from the keyboard is scratching it?? I have always kept it in the sleeve and have never had this issue before with HP laptops....

Why is this happening?
