Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently installed Windows 10 on some Elitebooks we had lying around and some turned out fine, but others have some issues. Namely, whenever it is charging the screen backlight turns off. It is not in sleep mode because I can still see the faint outline of what was once on the screen and if I look closer, I can see the mouse cursor moving around. The only way I have been able to work around this is to put it in sleep mode while plugged in and then wake it.

 

I have checked the power settings multiple times and confirmed the sleep is set to never wherever I could find it as well with no luck.

 

Please help.

I forgot to mention, the track pad also had some issues and installing older drivers fixed that problem, but not the display issue.
