Product: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4J8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is 2 days old, powers up ok(can hear sound) but displays blank screen. If I plug in a monitor to hdmi port it displays on monitor and does not recognise another screen exists
