My screen brightness keeps changing while I'm watching Netflix on my laptop. Like every second it changes from bright, to less bright and it keeps going on like this. This happens when my charger is not connected, but when I'm charging my laptop this dosen't happen.
Anyone know how to fix this issue? It's really frustrating.

Does it happen only when watching Netflix? If you are watching Netflix online, I suggest you try a different browser
Next download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

I did like you said and made a few updates and this solved the problem with the screen brightness, so thank you for that! But I have another problem, it isn't that big of a deal but it is a little frustrating. When I have for instance opened up Google Chrome and then switch to my desktop, I can sort of see the a bit of the previous opened window (Google Chrome in this case) at my desktop. It's like a shadow of the previous opened window. Any thoughts on what this could be and how to solve this?

Thank you for posting back.
If you don't want Google Chrome to remember your activity, you can browse the web privately in Incognito mode.
To "Browse in private"
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More New Incognito Window.
- A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
