Product: HP Spectre x360 13-4080no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen brightness keeps changing while I'm watching Netflix on my laptop. Like every second it changes from bright, to less bright and it keeps going on like this. This happens when my charger is not connected, but when I'm charging my laptop this dosen't happen.

 

Anyone know how to fix this issue? It's really frustrating.
