Product name-  HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg2xxx

Product number - 66C03PA#ACJ

 

From 2-3 days sometimes my brightness changes to dull for moment and instantly goes back to return  too bright mode 

Most of the time I am unable to control brightness It occurs mostly when the product is not in charging please suggest some solution

I read your post about the PC brightness issue that you are facing. I am happy to look into this issue for you!

 

It is actually common that the screen brightness will be reduced when you unplug the power cable from the notebook. This feature is in place to provide better battery life for your notebook.

 

Let’s try and restore the “Power options” if you need to change the power plan. Follow the steps below:

  • Go to “Control panel” – Change the “View by” (top right corner) to “Small icons”.
  • Select “”Power options”.
  • Make sure the power plan selected is “Balanced (recommended)” – Select “Change plan settings”.
  • Now make sure the screen brightness is selected at the appropriate level and save the settings.
