My wife and I bought our HP Pavilion X360 computers a year and a half ago and now both laptops are having the same problem, almost at the same time. The laptop screen is coming off of the frame on the bottom left side of the computer (bottom right side when facing the laptop). Our computers have been handled with care, never dropped and sit on our Home office desks for the most part. Because of this issue, we cannot fold either laptop. We need help getting them fixed before they get worse.

My friend, they are pathetic and i think you should find a good computer repair guy to fix it for you. HP offered a 'discount' that would cost me $300 each to fix each unit, while my local repair guy said he would do it for $150/each. I still haven't fixed mine because i have lost the confidence and respect i had for HP and see no point spending that much to fix when i can add a couple hundred and get me a new notebook. When this many customers experience the exact same issue with a product, it's obviously a design flaw and they should be more considerate in addressing the flaw and not charge almost the cost of a new unit to fix it.
I have used 4 HPs over the last decade but never again will i buy another HP product.

I understand your concerns.
In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can contact the local service center for repair.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
Have a nice day!!
