Screen coming out of frame

This computer is just 2 years old, and has never been dropped, or bumped, just closed nightly.   The hinge is now crooked, and the screen is coming out from the frame.  I popped it in, but it just comes out again, and just a 1 yr warranty.  Incredibly disappointed in this laptop - first hardware issue I've ever experienced.  How much and how long will this take to repair?
