I am using HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx (purchased Feb 2018). I personally witnessed that the screen cracked while doing my normal work use. I raised to HP support but they are giving me difficult time covering it under warranty and the case is still in progress. It would be great if they would improve the quality of the screen as well as their support for their premium machines such as this one.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

So, I received a call for an Indian customer service rep today and he told me they would not approve my claim, even if I told him that I personally witnessed the issue before me. They offered me chargeable repair with a whopping price tag of AU$920. So they want to get more money from me because of the product defect. I felt being scammed.
