I just left apple and finally bought a pc. I bought a specre x360. I've had it for 2 months, I don't even ever touch the screen because I'm not used to it since you can't with apple. I opened the laptop today and there is miniature, long screen cracks all over it. And since I've been using my laptop from work, I haven't touched it and it's sat on the desk for a month. 

 

So I talked to the technical lead online a hp support and the dude said it wasn't covered. **bleep**? not covered? I didn't do anything for this to happen. I'm livid. 

 

What can I do?

Send it in for technical assistance, don't expect the technical guy to know what's really going on "online".
