My grandfather bought this laptop in February from the USA. He gifted this laptop. I live in Bangladesh. This is a fantastic laptop for me. I am happy to use this. After a few days, I am facing problems. I kept posting hp forum. This forum is very helpful. My problem was solved. The last couple of weeks I am facing display dim brightness problem. This problem annoying me very much. I am posting this problem. But Problem isn't solved.
I do reset my laptop .after resetting this problem wasn't solved for few hours.afterit show the same problem.

I am also doing recovering . But The problem wasn't solved.

When laptop plugged in this problem is not shown. now I am using the laptop with plug.

Same problem with my Envy,when i connect the power cord it works fine .

 

But on battery it flickers.

 

May i know the solution?
