Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So, the problem is that after turning on the laptop and after moving the cursor through the mouse or touchpad, the screen starts to blink, flicker, turn black simply crazy and only after turning off and on again the laptop starts to work normally as if nothing happened. If anyone needs it, I can send video of what it looks like.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Do you have the same error pattern on external monitor ?

 

- Shutdown notebook (No Sleep / No Hibernate)

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report your results
