Hello! I just purchased this laptop from target and was very disappointed to realize that the color of my images is very washed out and not even close to the color they are on my iPhone. I will attach an example. I am a photographer and purchased this laptop as an upgrade to edit my photos so I really need accurate colors. Should I just exchange it for something else or is there a way to fix it? I’ve been messing and adjusting every part in the settings and nothing has helped. HELP ME!! Thank you!! A7CE5542-CDA2-4B74-A209-22B0BC6AD2AD.jpeg

The image on the laptop seems more cooler and not as vibrant.

I'm having the same issue with my laptop, I have tried to set the screen colour to help. But that doesn't help much.

I just recently purchased the HP Laptop 15-dy1971cl and since day 1, the screen seems to be washed out/white haze overlying everything. Particularly, on white website screens, the bright white seems to blur our surrounding gray/black text and causes eye strain. I have tried adjusting the options in the Intel HD graphics control panel, but that did not help out the "washed out" issue. The resolution is supposed to be:

15.6-inch diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
