Hi, I have a problem with my screen. I have a notebook HP 15. I am in Portugal and I need to know if there is any service in Coimbra.

The problem with the notebook is that when I turn it on, the screen starts to flash when I move the mouse, I have to restart the notebook and the problem is solved.

Hi Everyone,

It sounds like a frustrating issue with your notebook's screen. While I'm not a tech expert, I've found that sometimes problems like these can be linked to software conflicts. Have you recently installed any new programs? For instance, if you're using apps like Snaptube for video downloads, it's always good to make sure they’re updated and functioning smoothly. You might want to check out this Snaptube APK link for the latest version to see if that helps stabilize things. For a more specific solution, I recommend contacting HP support or finding a local service center in Coimbra.

Best of luck!

Thanks for the suggestion. Actually I have this problem from a long time ago. Windows updated and the problem continued and I don't use Snaptube.

I ran the hp diagnostic tool and it didn't detect any problems so I have no clue what the problem is.

Regards!
