Screen flickering both in video and in browser

I bought this laptop about a month or two ago. Since then, when playing video and now even when just being in my browser, the program I have open will sometimes flicker. When playing video, it flickers quite a bit, with weird puzzle like shapes. With this processor, graphics card and screen, I should not have any problems running anything. It must be a software issue, as I have seen there was with earlier models. Is there a fix for this yet, or are you planning on making one?

Also! The HP website dashboard doesn't work. Some good advice: Don't publish unfinished products and services. It's very provoking.

Also: I already checked that all my drivers are up to date, so don't even go there. I will be very upset if I receive one of these automated messages where it is obvious my message hasn't been read.
