HP Recommended

Hi, recently I purchased a brand new hp laptop (model: HP ENVY x360 15-ew0xxx). Within about a week, I noticed screen flickering issues. I am very surprised and disappointed as to why a brand new laptop would have these isues. If anyone has any similar experiences and fixes for this, it would be greatly appreciated.
