Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am using HP Notebook - 15s-dr0002tu

My screen started flickering like the image I uploaded below 

Sometimes it was vertical and sometimes it was horizontal I browsed online it said to check if the updates are up to date, I have updated everything 

And also to check if it's a software or hardware issue I am having trouble following up it's quite confusing 

So please do help me

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you have the same error pattern on external monitor ?

 

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report your results
