Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0200nd
Operating System: Chrome OS

My screen flickers while using any apps on my Chromebook.
When I open any apps on my Chromebook the screen flickers now and then, but when I cast my screen to my Chromecast, the flickering does not copy to it.

I tried resetting and recovering, but this looks like a hardware issue.

I can't watch any video's on apps like Disney or Netflix on my Chromebook without the flickering every 10 seconds, even on the youtube app this happens. Watching any video's on youtube, disney+, Netflix or even Prime via the Chrome browser, this won't happen,

 

This same issue happens when using a notepad app for text, when I scroll some lines flicker, but again, streaming my screen to a Chromecast does not copy the flickering.

 

I hope someone can help me with this.
