Hi @KimSahin,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • The exact HP model of your system.
  • Whether the screen stays completely black or if you notice a faint backlight.
  • If you hear any beeps, fan activity, or hard drive sounds when powering on.

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Display Connections
    • If you are using an external monitor, ensure the cable (HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort) is firmly connected.
    • Try a different cable or monitor to rule out a connection issue.
  2. Perform a Hard Reset
    • Disconnect the power cord and any external devices.
    • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cord and try powering on again.
  3. Test with External Display (if applicable)
    • Connect your PC to another monitor or TV.
    • If the external display works, the issue may be with the built-in screen or its connection.
  4. Check for BIOS Recovery
    • Press and hold the Windows key + B while pressing the power button.
    • Keep holding until you hear beeps or see the BIOS recovery screen.
  5. Run Hardware Diagnostics
  • Power on the PC and immediately press F2 repeatedly.
  • If diagnostics open, run the System Test to check memory and hardware health.

I hope this helps.
