I bought a HP Pavilion 14 about 2 years ago now (maybe less) and I always make sure to look after it. A few months ago I noticed that the screen was starting to peel off a little on the bottom right. It did not seem like a major issue and was barely noticeable, but for someone who takes good care of their laptop, I noticed it. But, now it appears the right hinge has broken completely (literally snapped in half) which I am shocked by because I am often gentle with it. I don't know when or how it broken but it was suddenly. Now, I can't close or open the screen without the screen feeling like its going to rip/peel off. I've been a loyal customer to HP for years now, and I feel really stressed because I can't afford to get it fixed/a new one and am currently applying to jobs so it's a very stressful time. Does anyone know what I can do? Has anyone else had this same issue?
