Screen popping out

Hello, I have seen that a number of other people have had an issue with this as well. I had set my laptop down on my bed and when I went to open it I noticed the screen has popped off and when I finally got it open by holding the section to the backing, the screen was cracked. This happened during my first week back to college and as many know, laptops have become a crucial part of classes. I have always taken good care and believe my laptop to be in good condition care wise. As for having issues with hp, last year around this time my laptop shot on me with the continuous hp loading screen to which I had to get it fixed and thankfully it was fixed. I’m frustrated to have spent a lot of money the laptop and I have been dealing with issues two years in a row, I understand if the issue was age related but this seems to be a manufacturing problem.
