Hi,
I purchased a HP Pavillion x360 Convertiable 14-ba0xx Notepad in India. The system started giving problem within months as follows:
1. when even I start the laptop it always boots with keyboard disabled and I have to use on screen keyboard to login. Later sometime it stat to work after putting in sleep mode and return.
2. Later it completely stopped working.
3. I logged calls with HP support and they did a hit and trial method to trouble shoot, following check were done:
- Keyboard Changed
- Display Changed
- Mother Board Changed
4. Finally the system was reset to its orignal configuration and the OS was also reset to factory default.
After this it started wokring an rotate feature also working fine. Later as I kept updating my windows the same issues again stated. Finally the resolution was to disable the Intel Integrated Sensor, but with this my screen rotate is not working, in tablet mode keyboard remains enable and is not a useful solution as this defeats the laptop USP of screen rotate and tablet mode (Even the tent mode is not working with this).
The problem what I understand is with some patch of windows or of intel integrated sensor which makes the system to malfunction.
I am not intresred to keep my laptop at the services center for their trial trouble shooting. Please help in getting the solution.

Welcome to HP Support Community
I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊
