Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought two HP Elite X2 2012 G2 laptops and both experience the same issue. After a couple of hours of operation, they both get this shivering strip (about 4mm high) across the bottom of the screen. After another hour or so, the screen begins to quiver as if there was replication of the image quivering over the original one. Check out the attached video. It seems to settle if an ice-pack is placed at the bottom of the screen, but it's only a temporary fix as it will return.

At one stage, the displays were getting very hot and I thought it may be a heat issue, but I updated firmware and software patches, the heat disappeared but the quivering continues to come back. If I close the laptop and give it a rest, the quivering disappears but comes back eventually.
