Screen zoomed in and don't know why or how to fix

Hi.

So my mother in law has a hp notebook. She says she touched something but doesn't know what and now the screen has zoomed in. I checked the resolution and it's at the recommended res.

The odd thing is that when you move the cursor to the edge, it scrolls across until you get to where the edge should be. I haven't seen this before and have no idea how to fix it.

Maybe,  check the "Magnifier".

Magnifier includes different settings. To get to them, select Start  > Settings  > Ease of Access  > Magnifier . You can also press Windows logo key  + Ctrl + M
