Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I open a PDF with Edge, it opens and scrolls properly. But when the scrolling stops and I touch the screen to continue scrolling, the file immediately returns to the beginning of the document. This only happens for PDFs opened in Edge. Websites scroll as expected. I want to be able to edit pdfs with my stylus like at work with my Lenovo.

Here is a link to a video of the issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNcUmP-IORM

Amit at HP support chat suggested reset and repair of Edge.

settings>apps>microsoft edge>Advanced options>reset

Under reset, I did both the reset and repair. After restart the issue was gone.

Problem solved.

I like to be able to edit the pdfs using my stylus. I can't do this with Adobe.
