I don't know how to start but actually, the fault is mine, I mess somehow with my MB trying to overclock my laptop fan by using these overclocking programs, I lost my VGA "Radeon HD 7670m", it vanished from my device manager, I tried all available ways to restore it, downloading the latest BIOS Driver and flashed my BIOS, unplugging the CMOS Battery and Pressed the power button for 15 secs as it's been written at BIOS reset tutorial, reinstalling a new windows without any ray of hope! . . . the first question, is it possible to flash my VGA BIOS? if it's possible, I don't have my BIOS Database to use the "Atiflash" tool because I already lost my graphics card and I can not take a backup, the second question is " could you - please - help me to get this done and give me the Card BIOS Database if it's possible?

Thanks for the update,
I appreciate your patience and your efforts,
I'm glad the BIOS recovery worked for your and considering we have a few drivers issues now,
I would recommend accessing the official HP website to download the require drivers.
If the issue persists, you could also run a hardware test on the graphics card using the Hardware diagnostics tool
Please get back to me with the results for further assistance.

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand the computer doesn't boot back into the windows since the last attempt on updating/Flashing the BIOS,
Don't worry I'll help you out, however, I need a few more details to provide an accurate solution:
please attempt the below steps:
Start with a hard reset to release any excessive static on the PC:
- If Windows is open, click Start and then Shutdown.
- If Windows is not open and the computer has power, press and hold the power button on the computer until the computer shuts off.
- With the power off, disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer.
- With the power off and the power cord disconnected, press the power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light indicator on or near the power button might turn on briefly but then go out.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the power.
Attempt to reset or recover the existing BIOS (if the recent update was interrupted):
(restoring BIOS on notebook: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833)
Step 1: Verify the current BIOS version installed and the correct ROM Family SSID for your PC
Step 2: Find the BIOS updates
Step 3: Download and install the BIOS update

Yes, i made a successful BIOS recovery, but after opening my laptop, i made a windows rate then restart then BOOM, the driver is here, but as you see, it's unknown device, i tried to fine the device digital signature manually but it doesn't exist in the list of signatures, i tried to install and uninstall it " restarting the lap after each step ", but there's no responding from the device!, would you please help me to finalize the last step? thanks.

Now i downloaded the hp pc diagnostic hardware tool by making a bootable flash usb, but when i tried to save the logs always it appears like this:
sorry, it's mobile captured image, so i attach another photo for the QR Code, but i don't know if it will not break my privacy if i uploaded it publicly! . so if it's ok i can upload it or just tell me how to whisper to you with this image, one thing else, the unknown device has disappeared from the device manager list, i think that you now expect that the problem still occurs, my machine can not read AMD Radeon HD 7670m VGA, i have repeatedly installed > restarted > uninstalled > restarted > installed the latest version of Crimson Edition "non-whql-win7-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.11.4-nov15" without any spark of hope!, any new ideas sir?

Hi @Tycco,
I thank you for your quick response. You could download and install the HP UEFI hardware tool diagnostics directly on the computer by visiting this link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-g6-Notebook-PC-series/5262606/model/5292...
and it should work correctly.
Hope this helps. Please let me know how this goes.
Thanks and have blessed weekend ahead. 🙂

So, i've downloaded the file under " Diagnostic " list, the name is " HP UEFI Support Environment ver.5.3.2.0 " as it's shown in the image below, this tool hasn't " Save Log " feature, so i captured these image with my phone camera * by the way, these are the same results which i had when i made the previous diagnostic test with the common diagnostic tool *, no doubts that the problem still occurs that my machine couldn't read my card.

Hi @Tycco,
I reviewed the post. It looks like the card is not read by the UEFI diagnostics tool.
But what do you see under display adapters? Could you include a screenshot or a snap of the device manager window for display adapters? If the display adapter "VGA "Radeon HD 7670m" is still not getting listed in device manager or getting detected in bios or device manager, then it is using native windows display drivers. Please keep me informed.
Take care and have a blessed weekend.:)

Sir, i would never start this battle if the card exists in the device manager, as you see in the screenshots, there's no card existed there, and in the devices and printers, my laptop or any other device have this yellow exclamation mark, so the windows doesn't detect any trouble including my card!
* I removed my windows username *
Certainly i've tried to install the catalyst install manager of my card, it loads till 2% the program says " successfully install the catalyst install manager ", then when i try to remove the application from "Add/Remove Program" feature, the program says " No components are currently installed " and it vanishes from the "Add/Remove Program List", sorry for my lame english,i will leave you with the screenshots, maybe the screenshot will explain more . . .
As you see in the image below, the catalyst size is only 26 MB!!!! WTH!
Before suggesting me to install a new and fresh copy of windows, i tried it several times without any spark of hope.

Tycco

Thanks for the reply,
Based on the specification of your computer, the computer came with AMD Radeon HD 7670M graphics card refer to the computer's specifications.
Recommend you to uninstall the Intel graphics driver from device manager and restart the PC.
Open HP Recovery manager and install the AMD graphics driver and check. Refer to this article for using HP Recovery Manager.
This will install the original driver that came with the computer.
Once the original driver is installed and the AMD graphics card is listed in device manager, you should be able to install the latest AMD driver for the computer.
Let me know if this helped.
