HP Chromebook 14c-ca0000 x360 (9GC63AV)
Chrome OS

Hello,

The text window is shaking when I am typing on my new HP Chromebook.

This happens in Google Chrome, not in other apps. The problem occurs on some websites only.

Reset and updates didn't help.

This makes it very annoying to do any work.

Any solution? Thanks!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Chrome might have information stored that's stopping the page from loading. I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More.
  3. Click Help. About Google Chrome.
  4. Click Update Google Chrome. Important: If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version.
  5. Click Relaunch.

And, also try opening the chrome in the Incognito window

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then New Incognito window.
  3. In the Incognito window, try opening the page. If it opens, clear your cache and cookies.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hello,

Thanks for your response. As I said in my initial post, I have made all updates before posting. So your message was not relevant. I have checked and everything was already updated.

As far as the incognito mode is concerned, it didn't help either.

The problem persists.

Regards
