HP Laptop 15-dw0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our company bought 3 laptops from this series  (2 with i3 and 1 with i5). On the first week of use 2 got this problem, now the third to.

If the laptops aren't connected to the charger this problem appears more often. After restart it disappears, but on the fly can come back.
On the video its not that bad, but sometimes it can get really worse. 😞 Here is it:

I'm really disappointed in HP. 😞 What can i do, besides warranty?
