Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered my laptop directly from hp’s website. Once I received my laptop, there was a hole through the box, and through part of the laptop. I have called hp over a dozen times trying to get it replaced. I have been hung up on, and on hold for over 20 hours. I was able to get through to the correct department once. However, they asked for pictures to be emailed to hpresolutions@hp.com. To do this I had to hang up, then I called the number for that department back. I was on hold for two hours, then hung up on. I have called different numbers after this, which then transferred me to the same department. Once transferred, I am on hold for two hours and hung up on. I have bought this rather expensive computer, which was damaged,  and cannot get anyone to help resolve the issue.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I finally got through to a person in the call center. But after this mess, and not getting a sort of compensation for my time and issue, I will never buy an HP again. After buying thousands of dollars worth it HP products, I should not have had this many issues.
