Hello, @RoksV
Appreciate your efforts!
This is not a common issue, but also not unheard of. Since the issue is also present in BIOS, it seems to be a hardware issue. Hence I'd suggest you contact the HP phone support to get the notebook serviced. The charges will be covered since the machine is new and under warranty.
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true
(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
If you have any troubles, let me know and I will do my best to help!
Cheers 🙂

Hello, @RoksV - Hope you are well 🙂
Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I understand that you are having issues with the display of your notebook. I would suggest you connect an external display and see if the dots are appearing on the external display.
Also, go to http://hp.care/2oPxHcG and follow the steps under “Image on the screen has small dark or light dots”.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
Good luck 🙂

Hi! The problem still remain but I repeat is it very very small and on front view can not see it.
My question is: is it a common issues of oled dislays? Or it is an hardwar problem that in the future will be a great problem?
