Product: HP Pavilion x360 14-cd0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Both Let HP detect your product or enter your serial number submit did not detect the product even though the note book serial number [personal info removed] type correctly. Repeated tries were performed but in vein. As a consequence not able to download drivers. Whether HP did not allow to download drivers for their laptops after warranty expired.

There seems to be a problem with the HP support pages for several model notebooks.

 

You should be able to use the drivers from the 14-cd1000 x360 Convertible PC model series, but don't use the BIOS files because the ones for your notebook's model series could be different.
