Microsoft Windows 11

I cleaned laptop with wet wipes and the some letter and functions on the keyboard are not working. Even I checked it after 5 days after the incident but still the same buttons are not working

 

Please urgent help

Hi Gaya, 

 

Thank you for very much for the email. 

 

The model is Hp Elitebook 840 g5

While the pressed the start putton, I started to clean the screen and keyboard with wet wipes. 

Initially when I started to the button two letters showed on the screen. Then I tried to dry the keyboard with dryer. Then I left one day off. When I test the buttons some of them didn't work and they are still not working.
