Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When In Settings>Privacy > General I get *Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization.  

I am the only one using this laptop and am shown as administrator.  How can I resolve this issue? 

I Changed Registry Setting Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > Policies > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > PushNotifications> NoToastApplicationNotification> changed value 1 to 0, but nothing has changed, I have the same message.

System Manufacturer - HP Laptop 14-ck0xxx,

Type - x64-based PC,

System - SKU: 4XW63EA#ABU,

Windows 10 Pro, Version - 21H2, OS build -19044.1566

 

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
