Spectre Camera

I, like many others, am having issues with the camera on my Spectre. I purchased the most expensive laptop so I could run Zoom during the Covid19 shutdown. Wishing I had gone with another brand. The camera quality belongs on a $300 laptop. I have seen many post with issues and the only reply from HP is lighting? My camera is poor quality and has lines shooting across the video. If I could return this computer, I would and get another brand. I don't expect HP to respond since they have not in other post. I have been a customer for 20 years, printers and lap tops. This will be the last purchase. So disappointed.
