Product: Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using Zoom a lot lately.  The video quality from my webcam on my Spectre laptop is the poorest one  in the group. Others have said so, many times. iPads and ThinkPads have better cameras.  How is it in 2020 that HP (high quality company) would have such a poor resolution camera??  Is there a driver update?  Can the camera be replaced?  Thank you.

The rule if available lights. Please give more light to your face to get better images

I have tried all kinds of lighting. There is no change in quality.

My brother's pic from an IBM ThinkPad is crystal clear.  Mine is fuzzy.

What is the resolution of the Spectre camera?  Can you recommend an alternative camera?
