Spectre X360 BL000 touchscreen firmware (SP79862.exe)

Hello somebody has downloaded the firmware for the touchscreen for the Spectre X360 15 BL000? because there is no more in the hp download page.

The softpak was the SP79862.exe, If somebody has the file I'll apreciate it.

Are you facing any issues with the touchscreen?

Try updating the system using Windows updates and HPSA. Follow the steps below:

Windows Updates -  

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.  

2) Check for updates.  

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

HP Support Assistant Updates -  

1) In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.  

2) Check for updates.  

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
