Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've been a big fan of HP products for a long time. I purchased this laptop in April 2021. Shortly after purchasing, I noticed the top right corner of the display occasionally popped out of the frame. It was easily re-seated and did not think it was a major issue. You would expect to be able to remove the display screen for service, right? However, it has become a much more serious issue as manipulation of the display half of the laptop on its hinges sometimes causes the entire display to fall out of top frame.

I've read online that this is an ongoing issue with other laptops of this model. Has HP acknowledged this issue and offered any remedy? Any suggestions on repair?
